01 The altitude system
Altitude decides what a retreat feels like. At 650 m the beech forest is still open, the paths are wide and the days run long and warm. At 1,350 m the spruce closes in and the air turns cool and resinous. At 1,800 m the treeline ends and the ridges carry the weather. We run one tier per elevation, so the days you book match the landscape you want to be in.
Maximum 12 guests per retreat. Every ritual is offered for relaxation and well-being purposes, with itemised pricing and no hidden fees.

Every tier covers lodging, all meals, transfers from Lviv and guided sessions offered for relaxation and well-being purposes. Rituals are wellness experiences, never medical treatments.
03 / Sample route
A sample 5-day itinerary across three altitude tiers, from wooded foothills at 650 m to the open ridge at 1,800 m. Twelve relaxation rituals, groups of no more than twelve, and no hidden fees at the lodge.
Day 1 650 m
Transfer from Yaremche, a light lunch, then a slow guided walk under spruce cover. Rituals are offered for relaxation and well-being purposes.
2 rituals: forest breathing, evening herbal sauna
Day 2 650 m
A morning walk to the mineral springs, an afternoon in the salt steam room, and a quiet hour on the terrace.
2 rituals: mineral soak, salt steam
Day 3 1,350 m
Six kilometres of gradual climb to the meadow camp, with a herbal steam ritual before dinner.
3 rituals: meadow stretch, pine oil massage, herbal steam
Day 4 1,800 m
A pre-dawn guided ascent for the panorama, then a long rest in the warm stone room.
3 rituals: sunrise breathing, warm stone rest, cedar bath
Day 5 1,350 m
A closing tea ceremony at the meadow camp, then descent to the valley and transfer back to Yaremche.

03 / Wellness Rituals
Guided rituals for relaxation and well-being purposes, built into every itinerary. Counts rise with the mountain: 4 rituals at 650 m, 8 at 1,350 m, 12 at 1,800 m. Groups never exceed 12 guests.
A wood-fired sauna on the ridge, then a slow cool-down in mountain spring water. About 90 minutes, included on all three retreats.
Caraway, thyme and mountain mint steeped at the table while your guide explains what grows on the slope you crossed that morning. 60 minutes.
A three-kilometre silent walk on marked trails, paced for breathing rather than distance. Added from the 1,350 m retreat upward.
A 50-minute massage with locally pressed oils, for relaxation and well-being purposes. Booked in advance, with no surcharges at the lodge.
Guests arrive with a schedule and leave with a rhythm. The rituals are the reason the days are paced the way they are.
